Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns, exchanges or refunds policy. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions. If your order is damaged, or you are missing items, please email us with your order number to pleasuresbykmarie2021@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. We will respond within 24 business hours. Any reports of damaged items should be accompanied by a photo of the issue. This is a necessary step for our claims process.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MANY ITEMS HAVE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. PLEASE VIEW PRODUCT PACKAGE(S) UPON DELIVERY FOR MANUFACTURER REQUIREMENTS OR WARRANTY INFO. PLEASURES BY KMARIE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MANUFACTURER ISSUES. PLEASURES BY KMARIE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAVING MANUFACTURER(S) INFORMATION IN EASY TO FIND LOCATION SHOULD YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEM REGARDING ANY OR ALL PRODUCT ISSUES. 

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Pleasures By KMarie  due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. Pleasures By KMarie is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly, lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds or replacements will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Pleasures By KMarie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a confirmed delivery receipt at the address entered by the customer when ordering. Upon inquiry, Pleasures By KMarie will verify delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information, as well as ensure optimal delivery conditions to include safeguarding the package once delivered. Customers should contact the carrier for any information regarding delivery or any discrepancies thereof. A tracking number will help facilitate the carrier in their investigation.

Of note, Pleasures By KMarie offers a shipping protection service via a third-party company for a small fee. If a customer chooses to opt out of this protection at checkout, Pleasures By KMarie will not be able to intervene in the event of shipping discrepancies and cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
